International Yoga Day celebrations at Sanskriti KMV School

Jalandhar, June 21, 2016: Sanskriti KMV School marked the International Yoga Day with much enthusiasm during the Summer Camp making students and staff the integral part of the event. Principal Mrs Rachna Monga mentioned that despite of our busy schedules, physical fitness should always be the priority for all and YOGA is there best way to keep oneself physically and psychological is strong. It is indeed the need of an hour that present generation must be more alert for its upkeep of the health as the healthy body is the abode of healthy mind. Students and staff participated in the mass yoga campaign.
