New Delhi: InstaOffice, India's fastest growing network of Serviced Office Spaces held its 3rd edition of Unwind Session focused on Women Entrepreneurs in New Delhi, today. The session provides an opportunity to women entrepreneurs from different industry to network and share their experiences and knowledge. The session combined inspiring stories & tips from women entrepreneurs with informative, innovative brainstorming discussions. Insta Office’s constant endeavour through Unwind Sessions is to bring the community of change-makers together under one roof for a better tomorrow, acting as backbone in terms of inspiration, information, mentoring and funding for entrepreneurs.
On the occasion of the 3rd edition of Unwind Session held by InstaOffice, Ms. Surabhi Verma, Director, Sparsh For Children (Special Education and Therapy centre) said, “I have been associated with all the Unwind Sessions from the beginning. This is the third edition that I have been a part of. The number of women entrepreneurs is growing but they still make only 3% of the CEOs in the startup ecosystem. Sessions like these have great potential in bringing out the talent. These sessions are motivational and knowledgeable offering a platform for exchange of experiences accumulated in various programmes for development of women entrepreneurs.”
The session discussed the most important factor for increasing efficiency at work. In addition, it also considered features and prospects for dynamic enterprises and suggest new mechanisms for financing the entrepreneurial process.
Ms. Surabhi Verma, Director, Sparsh For Children (Special Education and Therapy centre) shared her in-depth knowledge and insights on:
1) Autism & Dyslexia;
2) How entrepreneurship is more than managing & liasoning and how Sparsh has created value by innovating new products and processes;
3) Value creation for the customer (new benefits) and self (learning);
4) Ways to bring about change in the work-space by setting Sparsh’s example of being transparent with parents, sharing of plans, training of parents and providing many therapies under one roof;
5) Integrating the child into mainstream - creating value for the society by creating awareness and providing support for integration;
6) Creating value by giving equal opportunities and services to even EWS parents, among many more important points..
