Innocent Hearts Group Of Institutions Organised Inter- Department Competition - Esperanza

Jalandhar, March 17, 2016: Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions organised inter departmental competition, Esperanza in which the students from all walks of life participated enthusiastically. The competition proved out to be a dazzling event. The event was inaugurated by Dr.Shailesh Tripathi Group Director Innocent Hearts group of Institutions. The objective of the competition was to update knowledge of the students in the fields of science, sports, current affairs, public speaking, role play etc. Around 200 students displayed their talent and skill while participating in events like Debate, Mimicry, Quiz, Extempore, Solo Dance, Ad- Mad Show, Street Play, Skit, and Creative Writing. The students from Management department, Information Technology department, Hotel Management department, Agriculture department & Medical Lab Sciences department participated in the event. The winners were awarded prizes by Dr. Shailesh Tripathi, ‘Group Director’ Innocent Hearts group of Institutions, Prof. Deepak Paul, Principal ‘Hotel Management’ & by Dr. KK Chawla, ‘Deputy Director Student welfare’. They also appreciated the efforts of Students & staff members for organizing such a wonderful event and also said that through such events students get the opportunity to enhance their innate skills. In debate competition first prize given to Abid, In quiz first prize goes to Harkamal, Naveen , Karan, Shivani & Raman, In extempore first prize given to Nandani, In solo dance first prize goes to Tajinder, In Mimicry first prize goes to shivani. The overall Trophy was won by Management department
Dr. Anup Bowry, Secretary, Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust, also appreciated the efforts of various Departments’ Faculties and Students for their support and highly zealous participation. He further emphasized on the brighter side of these activities by saying that such events create zeal and confidence among the students for learning and grasping practical knowledge.
