Infosys Placement Drive takes place in SBS State Technical Campus at Ferozepur on Friday.
Ferozepur, November 6, 2015: A top multinational IT company INFOSYS visited the Shaheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus, Ferozepur for the campus placement drive of 2016 passing out students of B.Tech Engg (all branches), M. Tech. & MCA on 3rd and 4th Nov 2015. The company selected 15 students of different streams from the campus.
Infosys Technologies has got the most structured recruitment process among all IT companies in India. Dr. T.S. Sidhu, Campus Director said that Infosys conducted Online Test, Technical and HR rounds and finally 15 students were selected at the package of 3.25 Lacs per annum. He further said that these students will undergo 6-months training at Infosys-Mysore campus. He congratulated the selected students and their families. During the placement drive Dr. Krishan Saluja, Mr. Navtej Singh Ghumman , Mr. Japinder Singh (HOD CSE) were also present. Dr. T.S. Sidhu, Dr. A.K.Tyagi and Dr. Sanjeev Dewra presented the token of gratitude to the officials of Infosys.
Dr. T.S. Sidhu, Campus Director expressed his gratitude to Infosys officials for selecting SBS Campus as their recruitment destination to provide jobs to the students. Dr. Sidhu also congratulated Dr. Sanjeev Dewra, Training and Placement Officer for organizing this mega campus drive in the institute. Dr. Sidhu complimented the team of Training & Placement Cell for keeping alive the traditions set by its predecessors.
