Ferozepur, October 30, 2015: A renowned Multinational Company of IT Sector "Ïnfosys" is conducting placement drive on 3rd and 4th November at Shaheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus, which is a premier technical Institute of this Border area. In this placement drive all students of B.Tech, M.Tech and MCA passing out in 2016 can participate.
Dr.T.S.Sidhu, Campus Director expressed his gratitude to Infosys officials for selecting SBS Campus as their recruitment destination to provide jobs to the students. Dr. Sidhu also congratulated Dr. Sanjeev Dewra, Training and Placement Officer for organizing this mega campus drive in the institute.
Infosys Technologies has got the most structured recruitment process among all IT companies in India. The selection process will consist of two rounds namely Aptitude Test and Personal Interview. The duration of the test will be 1.5 hours consisting Analytical Thinking and Arithmetic Reasoning, Mathematical Critical Thinking and Logical Reasoning, and a test of Communicative English Language. The Aptitude Test will be generally of Puzzles type and the no. of questions will vary between 9 - 15. Selected students will get a package of 3.25 Lacs per annum.
Dr. Sidhu complimented the team of Training & Placement Cell for keeping alive the traditions set by its predecessors. He said Infosys is a leading brand in the IT sector. It is a matter of great pride for SBSSTC that Infosys has selected it for placement drive.
