Chandigarh, October 25, 2012: Punjab Government has prepared the gradation list of IAS/PCS (Executive branch) officers according to the situation on 31 July 2012.
Disclosing this here today a spokesperson of the Punjab Government today said all Principal Secretaries, Financial Secretaries, Administrative secretaries and Deputy Commissioners has been asked to get it collected the gradation list from IAS branch between 3.30 Pm to 4.30 PM on any working day.
He also said that in the case of any wrong publication in gradation list, officers must bring it to the notice of Superintendent IAS branch, so that it should be corrected in the next publication. Besides that if any officers has increased his/her educational qualification, then he/she would have to provide the attested copies of certificates for further publication, he added.
