Amritsar, April 1, 2015: A Major Research Project entitled "Studies on the antiproliferative activity of Glycyrrhiza glabra L.polyphenols and their role in targeting cellular signaling pathways" of 13.5 Lac has been sanctioned by ICMR, New Delhi, to Dr. Satwinderjeet Kaur, Head, Department of Botanical and Environmental Sciences, Guru Nanak Dev University.

Under this project, she would be working on Isolation and Characterization of Phytochemicals from Licorice (Mulethi) with anticancer potential and their mechanism of action. / (SK Vyas, Jalandhar)
