Inauguration of 1st HR Cluster as first step towards Mission Punjab 2019

Ludhiana, January 18, 2017: Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings conducted special program jointly with SAMBHAV (NGO) on 17th January 2017 at CICU Commercial Complex, Focal Point, Ludhiana.
The mission of the program is to achieve a target of Punjab’s per capita income no. 1 in India by December 2019.
Mr. Jatinder Singh Manchanda (MD,Weltech & Core member of Sambhav), Amarjit Singh Bhurjee (M.D, Bhurjee Group of Companies), Raj Sharma (Deputy Director, Lovely Professional University), Manoj Kuojia and Chandni Bindra HR expert, SB Singh Publicity Secretary CICU welcomed chief guest Mr. Upkar Singh Ahuja (MD New Swan Group) and greeted them with a bouque.
Sh. Upkar Singh Ahuja lighted the lamp while inaugurating the session and said, HR is a vast subject. Most people say we have small industries but the fact is small industries needs more HR practices. This step should penetrate in the DNA of the organization and should not fade away as per time. Time has come that we look within Punjab & train our People first to get maximum employment to youth. With this interest CICU & LPU has also worked to boost industries business via B2B portal which will be launched in February from which they can get enquiry, leads, and orders globally and first 100 industries getting registered will get this service free of cost.
