Hockey J&K Treasurer Sham Lal Sharma passes away, Hockey J&K Core group members conduct condolence meeting

Srinagar, February 5, 2018: In an unfortunate incident in the early hours of February 5, popular state player of Hockey and working treasurer of Hockey J&K namely, Mr.Sham Lal Sharma died in a car accident. Mr.Sharma was accompanied by four other members of Rajouri area while they all sustained injuries during the accident. An accident took place while he was going from Jammu to Poonch.

Hockey J&K all the members of Core Group conducted a condolence meeting under the presence of Joint Secretary, JB. Raja Ghulam Nabi Wani and S.Gurdeep Singh, JB. Ali Mohammed of Hockey J&K to consoled the grief stricken family on demise of Mr.Sharma, who was also known as a pillar of Hockey sports. This meeting was held at private press club at Rajbagh in Srinagar.

JB Raja Ghulam Nabi Wani explained the qualities and merits of the departed soul which was cooperative, helpful, sympathetic etc towards other. The people who knew the departed soul personally praised the departed soul for his good deeds. Members of Hockey J&K and other persons bestowed to departed soul and gave courage to the aggrieved family members to bear this irreplaceable loss.

At this time many dignitaries and authorities were present at this grief movement.
