HMV won State Level Badminton Championship

Jalandhar, November 4, 2014: The Badminton team of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya participated in Women State Sports Festival held at Ludhiana and won the Championship by defeating Sangrur District in finals by 2-1 score.  All the participants won Gold Medals.  The team members were Ritu Vinayak, Kiranpreet and Navjot.  Principal Dr. Rekha Kalia Bhardwaj congratulated the students, coach and members of Sports Deptt. of the college.  On this occasion, Mrs. Sudershan Kang, Head, Physical Education Department was also present.
