HMV won 2nd Shaheed-E-Azam Punjab Games

Jalandhar, March 1, 2016: Wrestling Team of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya participated in 2nd Shaheed-E-Azam Punjab Games held from 14th to 19th Feb., 2016 at Anandpur Sahib. Our team got First position (with 27 points) in Punjab Games. Km. Kulwinder, Preeti, Gagandeep, Harjit got Gold Medal with cash prize of Rs.25000/- each and Km. Sharanjit, Jaspreet, Kuldeep got Silver Medal with cash prize of Rs.15000 each and Km. Balwinder, Navjit got Bronze Medal with cash prize of Rs.6000 each. Principal Dr. Rekha Kalia Bhardwaj congratulated the team members, coach and staff of Physical Education Department. On this occasion, Sh. Kartar Singh, DIG Punjab Police, Mr. Devendra Bhardwaj, Head Physical Education Deptt. Mrs. Sudershan Kang, Coach Mr. Gurmeet Singh, Miss Harmeet Kaur were also present.
