Jalandhar, March 9, 2015: Rajwinder Kaur Phull, a student of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar, who secured Ist position in III semester in University exams of MA-Geography by getting 296 marks out of 400. Subeshwar Mahalder of the same college bagged 3rd position by getting 282 out 400 in the same exams.
In a press release, the Principal of the College Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra gave this information adding that Lyallpur Khalsa Collegeis the only college in Doaba region to offer MA Geography and is the first choice of the students because of its excellent teaching and impressive results in university exams. The President of the College Governing Council Balbir Kaur congratulated the students and wished them success in life. Prof. Jasbir Singh Rana, Head Department of Geography and Dr. Lakhvinder Singh were also present in this occasion.
