Dharamshala, December 23, 2018: “State government is misusing the government machinery for gathering in the PMs proposed rally of 27 th December in Dharamshala”, said ex minister and senior congress leader GS Bali in Kangra today. Addressing a media gathering he said, The sub divisional officers of all departments are instructed to locate the government schemes beneficiaries and arrange for their to and fro travelling to the rally site from all nooks and corners of the state, so that a large crowd could be arranged. We organised many PM rallies in past but never used such tactics.”

He added that even the school teachers are ordered to bring the school children in civil dress to the rally site. “Employees are being terrorised by saying that if they don’t obey these orders they shall be transferred,” he added. Bali said that it is a very serious matter and CM himself should intervene in it. “CM should instruct the departments not to shut down schools on rally day. They should bring general public and not the school children or government employees to the rally,” he said.

Bali said that the CM must clarify whether it is a rally to celebrate one year of BJP rule in the state, a function of the beneficiaries of the central government schemes or the function of the five year rule of the central government.

“There is no major achievement of the present Jai Ram Thakur government for the past one year except the huge number of transfers, ”added Bali.

He said that unemployment has increased a lot in last one year. The BJP government has withdrawn unemployment allowance started by congress government. There are more than 10 lack unemployed youth in the state.
