GNDU & INMAS, DRDO MoU

Amritsar, July 3, 2015: Guru Nanak Dev University has signed a MoU with Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences (INMAS), Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) here today in the office of the Vice-Chancellor. The objective of MoU is to have enhanced academic interaction, and R&D collaboration between the two institutes of National repute.  On behalf of the University, Prof. A. S. Brar, Vice-Chancellor and on behalf of INMAS, Dr. R.P.Tripathi, Director, signed the MoU. Prof. Brar said that under this MoU, the two institutes shall participate in the joint academic-research initiatives. INMAS scientists and GND University faculty & scholars will work on joint research projects, utilize the research facilities of the two institutes and contribute significantly in the society.

This is yet another acknowledgement of the high academic standards that prevail in the Guru Nanak Dev University. Prof. Paramjit Singh, Dean Academic Affairs, Prof. Sharanjit Singh Dhillon, Registrar, Prof T.S.Banipal, Director Research, Prof. AJS Bhanwer, Prof. Anish Dua, and Dr. Rajiv Vij were present on this occasion./ (SK Vyas, Jalandhar)
