Ludhiana, October 20, 2015: Maple Bear Canadian Playway & Nursery School, Udham Singh Nagar Ludhiana held Rhyme Competition on the eve of Dussehra. Kids presented different Rhymes on different themes. Kids presented rhymes in the same way as per the characters of their Rhymes. They came in colorful attires which suits their Rhymes. Over 100 students participated in front of their Mothers & Grand Mothers. They had all praise for the little ones who dedicated Rhymes to them. They praised for the confidence which these tiny tots have gathered during their early childhood kindergarten days. The best Rhymes were judged by Mrs. Niha Singh .She praised the Principal & teachers of the school for preparing the kids so well in the art of presenting Rhymes so confidently. The participating kids were given Medals and Trophies of Appreciation.
Some of the students came in Characters like SriRam, Lakshman,Sita, Demon Ravan, Mandira & Hanuman. Dussehera is celebrated by chanting Jai Sia Ram by all the kids & the effigy of Ravan was also burnt. Principal of the school Mrs. Veena Aggarwal congratulated the parents & kids on the eve of Dussehra & informed the kids that Dussehra is celebrated in token of winning of good over evil.
