General body meeting of FAPMA held

Ludhiana, August 6, 2012: A general body meeting of FAPMA (Federation of Auto Parts Manufacturers) held here under the presidentship of Surinder Singh Ryait. Speaking on the occasion, Ryait spoke on various issues related to the industry. He assured the gathering that the issues related to VAT refund, shortage of power and pollution would be taken up at appropriate levels, to get them redressed in the larger interest of the industry.

The federation’s vice president Rajnish Ahuja said the body would be further strengthened. He asserted that the state government should give emphasis to immediately and adequately deal with the issues related to the industry.

On the occasion, the Ludhiana MSME-DI Director SS Dhillon was honoured among others by the federation’s chairman Subhash Bajaj, president Surinder Singh Ryait, general secretary Jagtar Singh Bhamra and others.
