FICO interacted with its members regarding Initial Public Offering (IPO)

Ludhiana, February 15, 2017: Today, Federation of Industrial & Commercial Organisation, popularly known as FICO has organized an interactive session on benefits of listing on BSE SME Platform. Mr.Sarvesh Thakur, Assistant Manager BSE SME interacted with members regarding equity financing opportunity to grow the business for expansion to acquisition. He elaborated equity financing regarding lower the debit burden leading to lower financing cost & healthier balance sheet. Also he interacted to expand the investor’s day which in turn will help in getting secondary equity financing including private platform.

Mr. Manish Bansal Director, Investment Banking, elaborated about enhancing company’s visibility & incentive for big venture capital participation and greater incentives for the employees as the can participate in the ownership of the company and can be directly benefited being a share holder.

Mr. Gurmeet Singh Kular President FICO interacted with members and said Capital Marketing will help distribute risk more efficiently by transferring the risk to those who are best able to bear it.

Any SME on BSE SME Platform having paid capital more than Rs.10Crores can move to Main Board provided that the Special Resolution is passed in companies Annual General Meeting.
