FDP being organised at Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions, Loharan, Jalandhar on Tuesday.
Jalandhar, December 8, 2015: Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions organised Faculty Development Programme in Loharan Campus by the newly appointed Director Dr.Shailesh Tripathi for the faculty in the campus. The presentation was given on Attitude, Motivation and overall development of the employees where all the employees participated in various role play activities by the individuals themselves.
The session also included some motivational videos and short stories amongst the employees which are discussed in the session for the betterment of the employees.
Dr Anup Bowry Secretary Bowry Memorial Educational & Medical Trust encouraged the efforts of the newly appointed Director for the Loharan Campus and put emphasis on such programs in future for the academic and the overall development of the faculty and he also congratulated the Director for taking such initiative for the future as well.
