Expectations from Union Budget (2017-18)

Tax benefits & Free from Audit & Scrutiny for Startups in tech space for 5 years of Operations.
Employees working in Tech Startups should get benefit of income tax on ESOPs. The risk taken by employees and co founders should be rewarded than taxes."

"Reduction in individual tax rates from the peak rate of 30% to 25% and suitable scale down for the lower slabs
Increase of exemption limit from the present 2.5 Lakhs to 5.0 Lakhs
Prevent further subsidies and plan for reduction in existing subsidies which otherwise can have a serious impact on the reforms being carried out
Rebate for Service / Sales tax when the transaction is made digitally which can drive voluntary participation / compliance"
