Macchiwara Police Station officials alongwith Enforcers of Intellectual Property Rights (EIPR) conduct raid at a shop in Macchiwara.
Ludhiana, July 21, 2013: Macchiwara Police Station officials alongwith Enforcers of Intellectual Property Rights (EIPR) conducted raid at a shop in Macchiwara and seized duplicate products that were allegedly being stored and sold under the brand name of Kirloskar.
During the raid, the EIPR representatives and the cops came across duplicate oil filters that were being sold under the Kirloskar brand name.
One person has been arrested after registration of an FIR. The duplicate products were seized with the help of S. Bhupathi, SSP, Khanna (Ludhiana), Barjinder Singh (ASI ) and staff of Police Station Macchiwara, Khanna.
