Dussehra Utsav celebrated at Apeejay School

Jalandhar, October 10, 2016: Dussehra Utsav was celebrated in Apeejay School, Tanda Road, Jalandhar with lot of fun and fervour. A P.P.T related to Lord Rama’s life was shown to the students in the school auditorium. The junior wing (pre-primary) played different roles viz. Lord Rama, Sita, Lakshman and Ravana from the epic the Ramayana. In the end, the effigy of Ravana was put to fire in the school ground. School Headmistress Mrs.Arshiya acquainted the students with the importance of this festival i.e. victory of good over evil and that the good is always rewarded at the end.
