ASKED TO COORDINATE FUNCTIONING OF VVIP MEDICAL TEAM AS ITS OVERALL IN-CHARGE
Chandigarh: The Punjab government on Wednesday appointed Dr.Vijay Harjai as a senior consultant on contractual basis in the VVIP medical team of the Chief Minister.
Disclosing this here today, a spokesperson of the Punjab government said that Dr.Harjai would be the in-charge of the VVIP medical team of the Chief Minister and coordinate its overall functioning.
It may be recalled that the Health & Family Welfare department has also allowed Dr.Harjai to carry out private practice and to work as consultant in other private hospitals and health institutions.
