Dr Sudhir Joseph elected as new Chairman of CMC Ludhiana Society

Ludhiana, September 12, 2014: Dr Sudhir Joseph, Director of St. Stephen Hospital, Delhi has been elected as the new Chairman of CMC Ludhiana Society at its Annual General Meeting held at CMC Ludhiana on September 11 and 12.
Earlier Dr Rajinder Gyani had, upholding the high Values of the Society, decided to step down as Chairman to lay aside all controversies.
Prem Masih has been elected as the Vice Chairman and Dr. Bimal Charles as the Treasurer of the Society.
Further, the Governing Board and the Society reviewed the ongoing project of the Surgical Block and reaffirmed the work and the progress.
At the meeting, the Society & the Governing Board lauded the progress made in the institution under Dr. A.G.Thomas as Director. It endorsed its full faith in him and support for the development of the colleges and Hospital in education and research and its outreach work in the community and in rural centers.
The Governing Board also commended the doctors and nurses and all staff for their commitment to the institution. It also appreciated the faculty, staff, doctors and nurses who have gone to various mission hospitals in the remote parts of India as per the mandate of the Society.
Dr. Rajnesh Calton has been appointed as Associate Director along with Dr. Kim Mammen and Dr. Jeyaraj Pandian as Deputy Director. Dr. Bobby John has been appointed the new Principal of the Medical College succeeding Dr. S.M.Bhatti who has completed his term
