Dr Rakesh Minhas who was ranked 91st In Civil Services Examinations being honored.
Hoshiarpur, may 21, 2016: D.A.V College, Hoshiarpur organised a function in which they honored Dr Rakesh Minhas who bagged 91st Rank in the Civil Services Examination held in 2015.
All the speakers said that if one has a will he will certainly fulfill his dreams. Dr Rakesh Minhas gave credit for his success to his father Dr Anoop Kumar Minhas and his mother Jasbir Anoop Minhas.
