Dr Bains given a warm farewell at DMCH

Ludhiana, November 4, 2015: A farewell function was organised in Dumra Auditorium to felicitate Professor Harmesh Singh Bains (Professor & Head of Pediatrics). Addressing on the occasion, Principal Dr Sandeep Puri said that Dr Bains has been close to all the faculty members and was  very actively involved in various academic pursuits of his department. Dr Bains was acknowledged as a committed and dedicated Pediatrician by his fellow colleagues, who served in the Department for around 26 years.

Dr Puneet Aulakh Pooni, who succeed Dr Bains as Professor & Head of Pediatrics Department said that Dr Bains will always remain a guide to the department and his experiences would always be available for benefit of the Department. Dr Deepak Bhat (Professor of Pediatrics) said that it was a heart-rending moment for all the faculty members and residents of Pediatrics Department.  Dr Sanjeev Uppal conducted the program.
