Deep anguish at untimely death of eminent short story writer & novelist Talwinder Singh & his wife

Talwandi Sabo, November 12, 2013: The news of sad and untimely death of Talwinder Singh, short story writer and novelist as well as General Secretary, Kendri Punjab Lekh Sabha and his wife in a fatal accident last night has come as a bolt from be blue to the staff and students of Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo.
