Ludhiana, August 2, 2016: Sh.Avtar Singh, President, Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU), Ludhiana, in a statement released today, emphasised that Indian Industry has a challenging time ahead which can sustain and grow by working hardly and smartly. Human Resource Management is a planned approach to managing people effectively for performance. It aims to establish a more open, flexible and caring management style so that Staff will be motivated, developed and managed in a way that they give their best to support in achieving departmental objectives and enhance productivity. Good HR practices not only eliminate behavior and work-quality problems, but motivate employees to contribute more for growth and development of company. The interactive & thought-provoking program on Good HR Practices was conducted at CICU Complex Focal Point Ludhiana by Capt S Jolly, an ex-armed forces expert having immense experience in corporate training delivery.
More than 50 participants comprising proprietors, partners, directors, general managers and HRD heads representing various industries attended this programme and significant strategies emanated for enhancing efficiency and strengthening execution capabilities in organizations. The training provided to the participants an extensive knowledge on the subject and its implementation will definitely benefit industry.
