Dharamshala, December 20, 2016: The leader of the opposition and ex CM Prem Kumar Dhumal said that the results in the Chandigarh MC elections is a trailer and the Congress will be abashed in the coming state assembly elections of the adjoining states and Himachal Pradesh. He said that the public has accepted the demonetization policy of the PM Narendra Modi, and expressed their views in the Chandigarh elections.
Talking to media after the adjournment of the day’s proceedings of HP Assembly at Tapovan Dharamshala, Dhumal said, “Congress is running away from discussion in assembly. Opposition has right to raise their voice in assembly, which the ruling congress doesn’t want. Four members of opposition gave notices under rule 67 , which was turned down by the speaker. The law and order situation has totally been deteriorated in the state as terrorist being caught from Mandi. The development works are at stand still where the state as the state government could not even prepare the DPRs of recently awarded national highways, in which total expenditure was to be given by the Centre.”
Dhumal said that instead of blaming the leaders of BJP, CM Virbhadra Singh should defend himself in the court of Law and the people.
Today, the second day of the winter session was washed away without question hour and any other work.
CM Vir Bhadra left for Delhi today and shall come back tomorrow to attend assembly session being run here till 23rd.
