CBRE INDIA RECOGNISED AS INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY CONSULTANT OF THE YEAR

The India arm of CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, was recently recognized as the International Property Consultant of the Year (North) at the coveted Realty Plus Conclave & Excellence Awards 2017. This is the third time that CBRE has received this award for the North region. Previously, the firm has received this award for West and South region well.

CBRE received the award in the Realty Consultant category - International Property Consultant of the Year. The category adjudicates the multinational property consultant who has provided exceptional services in property development, sales and leasing transactions, strategic consulting, and other allied services in multi-cities across for real estate projects. The projects considered included those delivered or in the process of delivery between April 2012 to March 2017.

Conceptualized in 2014, the award has seen participation and success nationally.
