Business Coach Sushil Arora from IIHED shares his experiences from IIM Ahmedabad

Ludhiana, March 5, 2016: Today FICO-YLF (Federation of Indian Industries & Commercial Organisation-Young Leaders Forum) in association with Indian Institute of Human Excellence and Development organised workshop for Future CEO's who have been managing family owned businesses on Grooming Business Management Skills at FICO office, Jaimal road, Ludhiana.

Business Coach, Mr Sushil Arora from Indian Institute of Human Excellence & development (IIHED), while sharing his experiences from IIM Ahmedabad, established the importance of continual business upgradation. He also focused on developing strong HR team with futuristic approach and creating strong HR Appraisal System for long term sustainability.

Guest of honor S.Harman Deep Singh from Navyug Cycles shared his experiences of his first hand learning of his workmanship in Taiwan. He shared the best practices of continuous improvement and Innovation in countries like Taiwan & China. He shared details of Brand Acquisition, Technology Transfer and Joint Venture with UK, US & Canada.

Mr Gurmeet Singh Kular, President, FICO also shared his views on importance of Innovation and do or die otherwise no Sustainability.
