Dharamshala, April 13, 2017: Dr.Anil Dhiman BJP won the Bhoranj bye election Beating Ms Promila of Congress by 8290 votes. The seat was previously held by father of Dr Anil, late Sh I D Dhiman. Otherwise too, it was a safe seat for BJP in Hamirpur district.
HP Assembly polls are due in the year end,and this result is a wake-up warning for Congress.
