Aryans Group of Colleges celebrates Teachers Day

Mohali, September 5, 2015: To mark the respect to the teachers and a gesture to the noble profession, the students of Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh today celebrated Teacher’s Day at the college campus. Dr.Parveen Kataria, Director General, Aryans Group graced the occasion.

Students of various courses like B.Tech, MBA, BBA, BCA, B.Com, BA, B.Ed, GNM, Diploma etc organized a series of cultural activities and felicitated their teachers. Students thanked their teachers for their support and development through various skits, dialects etc.

Speaking on the occasion Dr. Parveen Kataria said that the celebration is to bring oneness among teachers and encourage them to perform well for the betterment of society. She lauded the contribution of teachers in the over-all development of country.

“Teacher’s Day is the best occasion to extend our sincere gratitude to all the teachers, for not only teaching our students but being their true mentors and role models. There is no doubt about the fact that it takes an incredible amount of dedication, knowledge and patience to teach a class and that type of responsibility and commitment makes these teachers real heroes on a daily basis,” said a student of Aryans Group.
