Winners of an Inter – House Athletic Meet organised in Apeejay School, Rama Mandi, Jalandhar being given prizes.
Jalandhar, February 20, 2015: An Inter – House Athletic Meet was organised in Apeejay School, Rama Mandi, Jalandhar under the kind stewardship of Principal Madhu Sharma.
Classes from Nursery to VIII participated in the Meet. Students were elated and energized for their respective events. All students displayed wonderful sportsmanship at the field with all participants congratulating the winners.
In the Under-14 boys category- Kulwaran singh of Satluj House was chosen the best athlete, while Divya Jyoti of Yamuna house was chosen the best athlete in the Under-14 Girls category.
In the Under-12 boys Category, Gurnoor Singh of Beas House and Sukhman Singh of Saraswati house were chosen the best athlete while Ruhi Singh of Beas House was chosen the best athlete in under-12 Girls category. The best overall trophy was bagged by Saraswati house.
Principal Madhu Sharma congratulated the students for making the event a success. She congratulated the winners and all the participants or displaying the true spirit of sportsmanship in the field. She also praised all the teachers and specially the PTI Bhavkhandan Singh for training the students so well and teaching them the true meaning of discipline.
