Ludhiana, January 5, 2016: Ludhiana Management Association organised a seminar & presentation on Monday evening in Hotel Park Plaza, Ludhiana. The seminar was conducted by Mr Anshuman Vohra, Founder & CEO, BULLDOG Gin Company Limited, New York, USA Entrepreneurship is experimentation and taking calculated risk backed by belief and committed, said Mr Anshuman Vohra. His company is currently the fastest growing Gin in the world and the number four premium Gin brand globally. Mr Anshuman was addressing members of Ludhiana Management Association on E-Journey: From Employee to Entrepreneur.
Mr Anshuman Vohra while addressing the audience said that, you need passion, and zeal to be successful as an entrepreneur. He said that Journey was tough with lot of hurdles and challenges, but you need belief in yourself to achieve your goals. He further highlighted that to be successful entrepreneur you need to build strong teams who can deliver at right time. He also narrated that good product is not enough to be successful, but you have to create awareness of your product through advertisement and constant promotion, especially in a highly competitive environment. He advocated never let go attitude of the leader to be successful.
Dr. K.N.S.Kang, President, Ludhiana Management Association while giving his presidential remarks said that Entrepreneurship was not so prevalent in past. If you were an entrepreneur or part of a startup, it was likely a family endeavour or enterprise. However, the present scenario is entirely different. Today’s youth are keen to experiment and take risks. At present, many young fearless people have set the path for a wave of entrepreneurship in the country. He said that India is at a threshold of startup boom, as we are world’s third fastest growing startup eco-system.
He congratulated Mr. Anshuman for his success and called him Role Model for many new young professional. The programme was attended by 200 entrepreneurs, senior executives, & professionals.
