Volunteers learnt to reduce waste being sent to garbage dumps by carrying in-house waste management through source segregation at every level. The volunteers were encouraged that for a sustainable tomorrow, the need of the hour is to embed the habit of cleanliness in our behaviour. The NSS volunteers shared their ideas for making our planet cleaner, greener and brighter. They pledged to adopt a green way of life. Dr. Anubhuti sensitized the volunteers towards using meditation, time management, work life balance and nutritious diet as tools to handle various stressful conditions which they are and will face in their day to day life. She highlighted that Stress produces numerous Physical and Mental symptoms which vary according to each individual’s situational factors.
