UCPMA meeting with PSPCL Consumer Redressal Form

Ludhiana, May 24, 2014: Inderjit Singh Navyug, Senior Vice President, United Cycle and Parts Manufacturers Association (UCPMA), Ludhiana has represented from UCPMA in Consumer Redressal Form for the settlement of the cases of consumers lying pending with PSPCL.
In this meeting 8 cases of consumers were considered and relief was provided to them.
This was first ever meeting which was held in Ludhiana.
The meeting was held in very cordial manner, officials addressed the consumer’s cases sympathetically.
Later, Navyug has expressed satisfaction and thanked the PSPCL officials on behalf of its members who got the relief.
Navyug has requested that Head Office of Consumer Redresal Form should be in Ludhiana since location of Ludhiana suits to all the places of Punjab being a central point of the state so that larger section of consumer could get benefits from PSPCL and put their cases for consideration.
