Jalandhar, August 6, 2026: The Postgraduate Department of Biotechnology, Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar, proudly congratulates its M.Sc. Biotechnology graduates Nidhi Sharma and Karanbeer Kaur on their selection at the Northern Regional Disease Diagnostic Laboratory (NRDDL), Jalandhar, under the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying as young professionals. This remarkable achievement reflects the strong academic foundation, quality education, and dedicated mentorship provided by the department, along with the hard work and commitment of its students. The department takes immense pride in their success and wishes them a bright and rewarding professional career.
Dr Arun Dev Sharma, HOD BT LKC emphasised that we are always committed to provide value based research oriented insights to the students as Biotechnology is an emerging applied subject in the area of medical sciences. Due to having state-of art facilities in the Dept, students always get chance to enhance their skills. Being a founder Dept in the area of biotechnology in the Punjab region, affiliated with GNDU, we are offering skill based education at UG and PG level in the area of Biotechnology offering BSc and MSc Biotechnology courses.
Dr Sharma congratulated faculty members Dr Gurpreet Singh, Dr Gobind Ram and Dr Inderjeet Kaur and Amrita for their dedication and hard work.
