Students of Apeejay College of Fine Arts went on an Industrial Visit

Students of Department of Design of Apeejay C ollege of Fine Arts, Jalandhar went on an Industrial Visit to the renowned Sri Ganpati Synthetic Pvt Ltd and Ravi Furnishers, Amritsar. 37 students of the department observed the minute details related to Fashion and Textile productions.
Principal Dr.Sucharita shared her views that such industrial visits always provide first hand experiences to all the aspiring students and equip them with the latest trends and technologies related to the production of fabrics.
In Ganpati Synthetic Center, students learnt the technologies of Dying, Printing, Embroidery, Screen Painting and Knitting. In Ravi Furnishers, they were exposed to learn the techniques of producing shawls and stoles. Under the guidance of Ms. Rajni Gupta, Head, Department of Design, Dr. Gagan Gambhir, Dr. Maneet and Ms. Hina, 37 students had the enriching experience of gathering knowledge related to fabrics.
Principal Dr. Sucharita appreciated the efforts of Department of Design for providing such knowledgeable experience to the students.
