Mumbai: Siddha Group, one of India’s reputed real estate developers, today handed over 100 plus units of Shiv Shankar, one of the two towers built under the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) scheme. On this momentous occasion, Mr.Samyak Jain, Director, Siddha Group, handed over the units to the residents in Kandivali West. Also present at the event were eminent dignitaries like Mr.Anant Geete (Union Cabinet Minister for Heavy Industries and Public Sector Enterprises), Mr.Gopal Shetty (Member of Parliament, Mumbai North), Mr.Yogesh Sagar (MLA, Charkop), Mr.Vijaybhai Girkar (Member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly), Mr.Kamlesh Yadav (President, Prabhag Samiti Committee of ward R-South), Mr.Ravindra Munde (Zilla Parishad member, Raigarh district Shivsena), Mrs.Reshma Ravindra Munde (Nagar Adhyaksha Raigarh) and Mr.Deepak Tawde (Couselor, Kandivali).

The two SRA towers Shiv Prasad and Shiv Shankar are jointly developed by Siddha Group and Sejal Group, and it consists of 187 and 205 units respectively. The 1 BHK apartments of 269 sq ft. Carpet area each is built in a total space of approximately 2.26 lakh sq ft. Situated in a prime location in Kandivali West, the two SRA towers are a part of Siddha Group's flagship project Siddha Seabrook, the tallest residential tower in the locality.

Kandivali is among the top preferred suburban location in Mumbai and is evolving significantly to become a residential hub in Mumbai. Situated in close proximity to various schools, banks, hospitals, and supermarkets, the project is well connected by excellent roads to all prime locations of Kandivali and adjacent suburbs.

Siddha Group has done similar projects in the past such as Ashray in Jaipur, an EWS project under Rajasthan Government in 2013 and Bonorini, a PPP initiative inspired by Mamata Banerjee (Chief Minister of West Bengal), in association with Refugee Relief and Rehabilitation Department, Government of West Bengal in 2016. Both were primary projects in the respective states and were delivered before committed timeframes.
