SHERATON HYDERABAD HOTEL, GACHIBOWLI APPOINTS RAM SHETTY AS DIRECTOR OF ROOMS

Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel, Gachibowli, recently announced the appointment of Ram Shetty as Director of Rooms. He comes with a broad spectrum of knowledge and an experience of 13 years in the hospitality industry. Prior to his current role at Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel, Ram was Director of Rooms at Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences.

Ram holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Regency College, Osmania University Hyderabad. He has previously been associated with prestigious hotel brands like Novotel, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, The Westin and The Taj in his career. He has been acknowledged on several occasions and won several accolades throughout his illustrious career, making him an excellent administrator today.

As the Director of Rooms, Ram will be heading the housekeeping function of the 272 keys Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel, which includes 17 suites with six venues totalling 950 square meters of event space. As a part of his new role, he will be ensuring the smooth operation of guest services, training and supervising the staff for efficient performance to equal business standards for optimal guest satisfaction.
