Selling becomes easier on Droom as it launches Droom Assist-Selling Concierge Services for individual sellers

Three different packages incorporating a plethora of services on offer for sellers
New Delhi, June 2, 2017: Droom, India’s pioneering and most successful online automobile transactional marketplace, has added another feather to its cap of impeccable user assistance offerings. It has launched Droom Assist Selling Concierge Services. In line with its offering of assisted buying services for customers guided by a dedicated team of automobile experts, Droom now offers the same benefit to the stakeholders at the other end of the spectrum: the sellers.

Droom’s operations and strategy team is always on the lookout for ways to improve existing client interactions. Through this process of evaluating thousands of transactions, the team members observed that some sellers, particularly first-timers who were not themselves very tech-savvy, had a hard time selling their vehicle on an online marketplace. This is where Droom’s Assisted Selling comes in. Any seller interested in selling her/his vehicle(s) on Droom can avail the services of the automobile experts for an easy and hassle free selling experience. The service has further been segregated into three packages-

1. Silver Package: A combo package of premium Eco Inspection report and Premium Orange Book Value report at Rs. 599. This package gives price benchmarking report and vehicle health report.
2. Gold Package: Benefits of Silver Package + Listing creation assistance and selling assistance for a period of one month at Rs. 999. Besides, the price benchmarking report and vehicle health report, this package offers listing assistance by an auto expert.
3. Platinum Package: Benefits of Silver Package + Listing creation assistance and selling assistance for a period of two months at Rs. 1299. Besides, all the benefits of Gold Package, Platinum offers longer period of assisted selling.

All the three packages on offer will include a specifically assigned automobile expert who will assist the seller in various processes such as scheduling the inspection, coordinating delivery of inspection reports to prospective buyers etc. In the gold and platinum packages, the experts will also assist sellers in creating an attractive listing on Droom’s platform and in selling the vehicle for a period of one month and two months respectively.
