Selfie With A Plant at Apeejay School

Jalandhar, April 22, 2016: To keep our plant clean, green and pollution free – Earth Day with the project ‘Selfie of a Plant’ was celebrated at Apeejay School, Rama Mandi, Jalandhar under the stewardship of Principal Mrs.Madhu Sharma.
The Earth Day Celebrations in the school focused on guiding students to more and more trees and getting their selfies clicked with the planted saplings.
Various activities were conducted in the school to make students aware of environmental protection Slogan Writing , Making a Head Gear and Cooking without Fire – Healthy and Nutritionfood.
Principal Mrs. Madhu Sharma in her good wishes speech advised students to save the planet by keeping it neat, clean, green and fresh. She requested the students to spread the word of saving planet to whomever they meet. She opined that if we want a change in our surroundings, the first step needs to be taken by us.
