Ludhiana, October 19, 2015: Savemax, a modern wholesale retail chain, today announced its foray into Punjab market with opening of its retail store in Ludhiana. This is the fifth retail store from Savemax in the country. The company already operates in Haryana, UP and Delhi and prefer to be called a Modern Wholesale Warehouse, catering to the needs of customers across segments and strata. Through its unique business positioning, Savemax aims to cater to both retail customers as well as institutional customers of the country.
Spread across a massive area of 30,000 sq ft, the store is situated at the prime location of MBD Mall, Ferozepur Road . The store will cater to day-to-day needs of all consumers, with an aim to provide wholesale rates on all products and insulate them to the extent possible from inflation and price increase.
To add to the customer delight, unlike in some other organized wholesale formats, one does not need to become a member to shop at Savemax nor is there any minimum purchase clause. The new store offers a wide range of food items like groceries, processed food, live bakery, readymade garments, personal and home care products, home furnishing, sports items, cookware, electronics etc.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Vaibhav Singhal, Managing Director & CEO, Savemax said, “We are delighted to launch our first modern wholesale retail store of Punjab in Ludhiana.
