Ramgarhia Girls College organises 7-Day National Service Scheme Camp

Ludhiana, January 10, 2023: Ramgarhia Girls College organises a seven day National Service Scheme camp in its portals on the theme "Swachh Bharat, Fit India".

150 volunteers from the college have taken part in it under the guidance of Programme Officers Dr. Harbinder Kaur and Prof. Kiran Bala. Offg. 

Principal Jaspaul Kaur and Ranjodh Singh, President Ramgarhia Educational Council inaugurated the camp. 

In her address, Jaspaul Kaur said, " In accordance to the motto of NSS_ the camp aims to inculcate a sense of responsibility among the volunteers and enrich the social consciousness." 

Ranjodh Singh averred, " We cannot change society by condemning it alone we must strive to be the change, we wish to see in the world."   

In the morning session the programme officers defined the importance of the NSS programme among volunteers.
Prof. Rani Kaur, from the Physical Education Dept. explained the importance of yoga in our life. 

Gurucharan Singh Lotey, General Secretary of Ramgarhia Educational Council said that such camps encourage the youngsters to play their part dutifully and usher in a healthy society.
