To be payable with the salary of March
Chandigarh, March 24, 2015: The Punjab Government today notified enhanced dearness allowance for its staff.
According to letter issued by Finance Department dearness allowance due to employees and pensioners w.e.f. 1-7-2014 would be paid to them from March 2015. With the enhancement of DA, employees would be eligible for DA @ 107% of basic pay/pension against 100% presently being paid to them.
The letter clarified that enhanced DA would be paid in cash with the salary/pension for the month of March 2015.
