Chandigarh, October 9, 2015: The Punjab Government has sought information from all the departments regarding their respective ongoing litigations in the various courts so as to ensure presentation of the Government version before the courts without undue delay.
Disclosing this, an official spokesperson said that intimation concerning this has been sent to all the Heads of the Department, Additional Chief Secretaries, Financial Commissioners, Principal Secretaries and Administrative Secretaries.
