PU announces LL.B admission schedule

Chandigarh, April 17, 2015: Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh has announced the admission schedule for the three year LL.B course. The students can now file their online application for the admission at LL.B. admission website http://pglaw.puchd.ac.in upto May 27.

Apart from foreign nationals/NRIs, there are 202 seats each in morning and evening session in Department of Laws, PU Chandigarh; 58 seats in Regional Centre Muktsar; 72 seats in evening session in Regional Centre, Ludhiana and 60+3 seats UILS, PU Swami Sarvanand Giri Regional Centre, Bajwara, Hoshiarpur. An Admission form must be submitted to the departments / centres separately within the prescribed time limit.

The Entrance Test for three year LL.B course would be held at Chandigarh on June 21. The last date for submission of information on the website to generate Bank Challan in May 27,2015 and last date for deposit of fee in any branch of SBI is May 29, 2015 upto 4 pm.

The last date for uploading of photograph, signature with rest of the information on the website is June 1, 2015. The final date by which Roll No. will be available online would be June 11, 2015.

The admission would be based on the merit list, which would be decided on the basis of entrance test score and marks in the qualifying examination. The entrance test and qualifying examination would have 50% each weightage.

The Prospectus and the application form is also available on the website http://pglaw.puchd.ac.in. The students have also been advised to regularly keep themselves updated by checking the website. The result of the Entrance Test would be made available on the University website: http://www.results.puchd.ac.in. There will be no physical communication, PU Spokesman informed.
