Professional Development Week at BCM School, Dugri

Ludhiana, March 13, 2015: Teachers today need to be jack of all trades and master of one. Keeping the notion in mind and to enhance their personality, a one week long development programme was organised under the leadership and guidance of the School Principal Dr.Vandna Shahi. The teachers got an opportunity to rendezvous with experts and dignitaries from different fields. The very first workshop was on Online Banking, which was organised by SBI (Basant Avenue Branch). 

Another session brought the teachers face to face with Dr. Ashoo Toor, Assistant Professor at Department of Agriculture & Journalism who gave wonderful tips on effective communication. A one hour session by Ms. Sunaina Choudhry (Preacher-Art of Living) was indeed a relation booster where she gave various tips to spiritually strengthen different relationships in life.

Giving equal importance to physical health, there was a session on Optimal Health by famous nutritionist Sumesh K. Bharadwaj, who told about good dietary habits and explained many food fads. He also answered queries related to diet deficiency and chronic diseases. 

The week long programme concluded with a session by Bhupinder Singh of Financial Marketing Management, a current subject which is of great interest for the youngsters. The enhancement program was indeed a complete package of knowledge and growth.
