Ludhiana, September 6, 2017: Ludhiana Management Association organized a presentation on Brands Rule the World, How to Build Yours on 5th September, in Hotel Park Plaza, Ludhiana at which Mr Rajeev Bakshi, Chairman, Business Development, Hero Cycles Limited & Mr Pankaj Munjal, Chairman, Hero Cycles Limited shared their experiences & interacted with the participants on the subject.

Mr.Rajeev Bakshi who held top-notch positions in reputed national & multinational organizations including MD, Cadbury India Limited said that building brands is an important task of today’s business. Businesses need to understand their consumer needs and then create deliverables in their product to build themselves as brands. Mr. Bakshi discussed how marketing, markets and consumers has changed in the last 25 years from product oriented to consumer oriented marketing. He further said that today’s is the trend of building bottom of Innovation. Where companies need to build local and regional brands. He also highlighted the importance of Value addition in company’s products, process and services, which in turn help the companies to build loyalty among customers.

Mr. Pankaj Munjal while specking on the occasion said that business need to be innovative and always ready to take risk and encash opportunities to succeed in business. He said that brand is a promise which companies has to delivered at any cost , not only once but every time when you come in contact with consumer. He said that branding is not done in one day it takes time and companies need to do constant efforts to retain its brand value.

The session was attended by 250 industrialists, entrepreneurs, professionals, & senior executives. it was a highly informative, interactive, & thought provoking session.
