Prabhjot wins Archfest organised by CT Group of Institutions

Jalandhar, April 20, 2016: CT Institute of Architecture & Planning (CTIAP) organized Archfest- To the student, for the student and by the student at CT Group of Institutions, Shahpur Campus. The competition was won by Prabhjot (B.Tech (Civil, CTIT) with a cash prize of Rs 31,00. The second prize was won by Nidhi (B.Arch, CTIAP) with Rs 21,00 cash award and Vishal (Govt.Polytechnic, Bathinda) won the third place & the prize money of Rs. 11,00.

There were events based on Ideas competition seeking for innovation, Cutting-edge, contemporary proposals, committed to a strategy of implementing architecture in a natural environment.

More than 200 students from Government Polytechnic (Bathinda), Government Polytechnic (Jalandhar), CT Institute of Technology (CTIT), CT Institute of Higher Studies (CTIHS), CT Polytechnic College (CTPC) and others. The student of CTIAP also participated with other students coming from different colleges. Some of the students also visit to see CTIAP work

The events were Cad Mania, Painting, Drawing, Best out of Waste, Collage and Design competition by architecture assistantship students. The Chief Guest for the event S. Charanjit Singh Channi (Chairman, CT Group of Institutions), Mr. Manbir Singh (Managing Director, CT Group of Institutions) and Dr. P.S Bedi (Director Campus, CT Group of Institutions)
Dr. P.S Bedi (Director Campus, CT Group of Institutions) said, “Winning is not important, but to participated and perform to best of your ability is the priority in all the competitions of life because by participating we can explore. Everyone should strive to improve their personal skills and gradually winning will be last outcome of all the participating results for the one.”

S. Charanjit Singh Channi (Chairman, CT Group of Institutions) congratulated the winners and appreciated the efforts of all the students who took part in the fest.
